Kata - preset sequenced forms of basic movements |

Self-Defense - empty hand and weapons defense techniques conducted with a
partner |

Technique training - bag work and mit work for punching and kicking
development |
 |
Sparring - from non-contact to light and heavy contact fighting with gloves,
protective kicking gear, and headgear (dependent upon student skill level) |
