In November of 2005, Shihan Manuel, along with many of his
instructors and students, returned again to Pittsburgh, PA for the 118th
Annual USA/International Black Belt Hall of Fame. This annual event,
sponsored by the Eastern USA/International Martial Arts Association,
brings together martial artists from all over the world for an event
that includes superb seminars and awards ceremonies. Several Modern
Bujutsu instructors and students were inducted into the Hall of Fame,
and received awards for their martial arts achievements. Shihan
Manuel received a standing ovation for his superior achievements as
martial artist and sensei. Shihan Manuel conducted a seminar
demonstrating the curriculum of the Modern Bujutsu Centers, featuring
Goju Karate and American Combat Kickboxing. A special treat was
having Master Michael McFarland and Sifu Verrone Romeoletti provide
additional instruction during the seminar. |
