The 2004 UMARA Regional Championships were held at Buena Regional High School on October 2, 2004.  This was a benefit tournament on behalf of Shihan Manuel and overseen by Grandmaster S.L. Martin.  Several highly respected individuals were recognized at a ceremony prior to the tournament as hundreds of competitors and spectators looked on.
